Polemik panjang tentang 82 peserta Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (P3K) yang tak kunjung menerima SK pengangkatan akhirnya berlabuh pada jawaban manis. Pemkab Timor Tengah Utara (TTU) mengeluarkan SK kepada seluruh peserta, menghapus keresahan yang sempat menggelayuti hati banyak orang.

Ketua Komisi I DPRD TTU, Joni Tulasi, menyambut kabar ini dengan penuh syukur. Baginya, inilah bukti bahwa pemerintah dan DPRD sesungguhnya berjalan dalam satu langkah. “Tujuan kita sama dengan Bupati, yakni semua yang sudah mengikuti seleksi P3K dan dinyatakan lulus oleh BKN harus mendapatkan SK pengangkatan oleh Bupati,” ucapnya tegas, seakan ingin menegaskan kesetiaan DPRD pada aspirasi rakyat, Selasa (9/9/2025)

Tulasi mengingatkan, DPRD selalu siaga menjalankan fungsi pengawasan. “Jika ada yang dibatalkan, maka DPRD bertanya melalui forum resmi RDP. Pada Kamis, 4 September kami jadwalkan RDP dengan BKPSDM dan Inspektorat. Namun, tidak terlaksana karena kedua OPD tidak mendapat disposisi dari Bupati. Karena itu, kami kembali keluarkan surat untuk RDP pada Kamis, 11 September 2025,” tuturnya.

Menurutnya, maksud utama RDP bukan sekadar formalitas, tetapi untuk menggali informasi sebening-beningnya: mengapa 82 orang itu belum menerima SK. Namun hari ini, kabar baik lebih cepat sampai. “Jika benar bahwa 82 orang tersebut sudah mendapatkan SK Bupati, maka DPRD ucapkan limpah terima kasih. Bupati telah mendengarkan aspirasi masyarakat yang kami suarakan,” katanya dengan nada lega.

Dengan keputusan itu, rencana RDP pada 11 September resmi dibatalkan. Bukan karena mundur dari tugas, melainkan karena persoalan yang pernah membebani kini sudah terjawab tuntas.

Kini, 82 wajah yang sempat dirundung resah bisa menegakkan senyum. Di balik lembar SK yang diterima, terselip harapan baru, juga bukti bahwa suara rakyat — ketika disampaikan dengan setia — tidak pernah sia-sia.

Therefore, we issued another letter for a hearing on Thursday, September 11, 2025,” he explained.

According to him, the hearing was never just a formality, but a quest for clarity: why had the 82 not received their SKs? Yet today, good news arrived earlier than expected. “If it is true that the 82 have already received the Regent’s SK, then DPRD expresses its deepest gratitude. The Regent has listened to the aspirations of the people that we conveyed,” he said with relief.

Thus, the hearing scheduled for September 11 was officially cancelled. Not because oversight failed, but because the matter that once weighed heavily had finally been answered.

O Presidente da Comissão I do Parlamento Municipal de TTU, Joni Tulasi, acolheu a notícia com gratidão. Por isso, emitimos outra carta para uma audiência na quinta-feira, 11 de setembro de 2025,” explicou.

Segundo ele, o objetivo da audiência não era mera formalidade, mas sim procurar clareza: porque razão os 82 ainda não tinham recebido o SK. Contudo, hoje, as boas notícias chegaram antes do previsto. “Se for verdade que os 82 já receberam os SK do Presidente Municipal, então o Parlamento exprime a sua profunda gratidão. O Presidente Municipal ouviu as aspirações do povo que transmitimos,” disse, aliviado.

Assim, a audiência marcada para 11 de setembro foi oficialmente cancelada. Não porque a fiscalização tenha falhado, mas porque a questão que antes pesava já encontrou resposta.

Agora, 82 rostos que antes carregavam preocupação podem sorrir novamente. Por trás de cada decreto entregue, há uma nova esperança — e a certeza de que a voz do povo, quando dita com fidelidade, nunca é em vão.
